NBC 10 tomorrow/December Shows Announced! (DE/PA people–check it!)

A few things of importance:

We’re going to be on the NBC 10 show tomorrow (Nov. 24th). That’s right, we’re going to be on tv! Crazy we know! So here’s the deal, if you’re in the Delmarva region tune into NBC10 at 11am and you’ll get to see us perform. Yay, right?! Hmm…I guess I need to sorta think about what I might wear on the show tomorrow. :/

In light of releasing our Christmas EP, we’ve decided to play some Christmas shows! They’re going to be so much fun! Here’s what we’ve got booked so far:

Nov. 29th, A Jazz Christmas (w/Wilson Somers) at the Grand Opera House in Wilmington, DE 4pm

Dec. 9th, The Scrounge @ The University of Delaware, 7pm

Dec. 11th, House Show in Hockessin, DE email us @ jt@jennyandtylermusic.com if you’re interested

Dec. 12th, Media Presbyterian Church, Media, PA, 7:30pm

Dec. 20th, Vineyard of Grace Church, Keller, TX, 10:30am

beaver falls

Well I must apologize again for not posting much in the past week or so. The past 7 days have been crazy–I’m having a hard time remembering them even now.  From seeing old friends in Urbana, IL to hanging out with some amazing people in Minneapolis, Zion, IL., Deerfield, IL., and Nappanee, IN it’s been pretty crazy. We’ve had our ups and downs and are really learning to have faith! It’s been exhausting and exhilarating; draining and refreshing.  All of these things. All at once. Crazy!

Tonight we are finishing up the week in Beaver Falls, PA at Beaver Falls Coffee & Tea. If you are in the area you should really come out for this show. Mark Rice and Istavan Medgyesi are playing as well. It’s going to be a good time. We really like this place in general.

And tomorrow–we head to Delaware! We’re visiting Tyler’s family for Thanksgiving and playing some Christmas shows in the area. I can’t wait!

Hey folks!

So our Christmas EP is available for pre-order starting NOW. All pre-orders come with an instant digital download, meaning you can start listening to the album in its entirety today. The album will officially release on Dec. 3rd, so if you pre-order a physical copy you will receive yours in the mail on or about Dec. 3rd.

Christmas Album….

So if you’re on the east coast (DE/PA region) keep your eyes peeled for some Christmas shows! We’re in the process of getting ‘em all set up.

AND we’re overhauling our online store in preparation for holiday fun! Next week you will be able to pre-order the album. We’re also going to have a bunch of cool cd/t-shirt/greeting card packages available so that you can buy lots of things at discounted prices. So get ready!

Texas Dates, Christmas Album info

We’ve been in the DFW area for a few days. We decided to come a little early to hang out with my parents. Sometimes it’s really nice to be “home.” I put home in quotes because I’m not from DFW. My parents moved to Texas back in January. Before that they lived in D.C. and before that I actually lived with them in Mississippi.  But somehow, wherever my parents are, even if I don’t know how to get around the town or find the nearest coffee shop, feels like home.

Not to mention Stewart is here. Which always helps.

So tonight we’re playing a show here. It’s a house show and it’s going to be a good time. Levi Weaver will be here.  He’s coming off of the west coast tour we were supposed to play with him and he’s exhausted, so come out and cheer him on one last time before he heads home to Nashville.

There’s also going to be art here by Ivan Vesely. You may remember him as the artist who did the painting to “Plans for Us.” I’ve posted it here, so if you haven’t seen it, check a couple entries back and you should find it.

We’re playing another house show tomorrow night in Fort Worth.  Here are the details:

Thur. Nov. 5th, at 7pm. 3413 Rogers Ave. Fort Worth, TX

And I have new details on the Christmas EP.  It will be released Dec. 1st, BUT you will be able to preorder it sooner. AND when you preorder it you will get an instant digital download.  If you just want a digital copy of the album you will be able to preorder it that way as well and download your copy instantly (basically getting your music early). So be on the look out for the preorder in just a couple weeks.

And if you come to the show in Wilmington, DE on Nov. 29th, we just might have it for sale.
